Adventure Activity @ School Itinerary

Full Day Multi-Activity Itinerary:
Full day team event would typically run for between 6 – 8 hours depending on the mix of events within the Multi Activity day. However, a sample format is listed below:


8:00 AM               Arrival, General Briefing, Introduction & Safety talk.


9:00 AM               Activities Start
10:45 AM             Tea Break
11:15 AM             Activities Resume
1:30 PM                Lunch Break
2:15 PM                Activities Resume
3:30 PM                Activities concluded. Debriefing
4:00 PM                Dispersal




Adventure activities:
1.       Rappelling / Abseiling
2.       Zorbing 
3.       Zip Wire
4.       Australian Trolley
5.       Tug of War
6.       Trampoline
7.       Tyrolean Traverse / Valley Crossing
8.       Twin Rope
9.       Tent Pitching
Initially the participants will be given a demonstration of each activity to ensure that they have fully understood the event and the safety aspects. Professional tuition is given on all our activities, with our friendly staff ready to help the inexperienced and guide the adventurous through a memorable day's entertainment. Though all precautions and safety measures are taken to avoid any injury or accident, the organizer can not be held liable for any injury and/or accident. We also reserve the right to amend / alter / abandon the program, if the situation so arises.

School shall provide the following:  
1.
Sports Staff / Teachers One (1) per team / Group.
2.
Music System & PA Equipment
3.
10 Tables & 20 Chairs
4.
Tea & Lunch Arrangement for our Team of 15 Instructors/Crew Members
5.
Medical Attendant.
6.
Extension Lead (Electrical) for Zorbing
7.
Nominal Roll of Participants along with consent from the parents and their Age & Class.
 
Only 120 to 150 children are taken per day. They are divided into 10 groups and each group is with one instructor. Our instructors are trained and experienced and we follow the best security practices in the industry.
